Hey everyone, sales in all different price range this past week. If you look closely one property had been on the market for over 750 DAYS!!! Talk about having patience. Things continue to get busier so hang in there property owners!

So, I feel like every day there are more an more signs of spring but I might be getting a  little ahead of myself. I think that we all know what can happen in March in the Berkshires. But, in the meanwhile I am enjoying every minute of sunshine and small sign that spring is not too far off in the future.

Sales in the last week were fantastic volume wise!!! Twenty two closed sales in 7 days is great in comparison for what we saw for the prior weeks in January. Click here for the complete report and all details: Jan30-Feb5.pdf

So, looks like a fairly quiet week this week. 12 total sales for Southern and Central Berkshire County. Note that there were quite a few in the list that had been on the market for almost 16-18 months. That is always good to see those properties finally close.
