So, I am going to try something new here. I have prepared several reports for the entire month of April for single family, multi-family, and condos .

Rather than doing the report every week, I think that you will find that an entire month of closed sales will be much more telling of what is going on in our local market.

For tonight, I have attached reports for Lenox and Pittsfield.

This quote caught my eye as it is the same quote that I have on my note cards. It is so true though that there are things in life that are so worth the hard work and time but that do not come easily. If you have something that you are working on or a goal that you are trying to achieve, if you truly believe in it, don't give up! Take even a small step each day that might just get you one inch closer to getting it done!

Hey everyone, sales in all different price range this past week. If you look closely one property had been on the market for over 750 DAYS!!! Talk about having patience. Things continue to get busier so hang in there property owners!
