Tanya's Berkshire Blog

So, the market marches on and there are still closings every week so not to worry, properties are selling. What is the key??? Price it right and it will sell.

What is the fastest selling price point? Statistically, we are still seeing the fastest sales in the price range of under $200,000. Also, under $320,000 seems to be another good price range for the higher price point single family homes. If you look at the average income of the majority of Berkshire residents, it does make sense. There is a very small percentage of full time residents that make purchases over $200,000 although those numbers are changing every year as well.

So, with all that said, here are the closed sales from the hard working Realtors in Berkshire County. july25-31.pdf

Have a great week everyone! Enjoy this awesome weather we're having
