So, I feel like every day there are more an more signs of spring but I might be getting a  little ahead of myself. I think that we all know what can happen in March in the Berkshires. But, in the meanwhile I am enjoying every minute of sunshine and small sign that spring is not too far off in the future.

Sales in the last week were fantastic volume wise!!! Twenty two closed sales in 7 days is great in comparison for what we saw for the prior weeks in January. Click here for the complete report and all details: Jan30-Feb5.pdf
