Happy January everyone! Yeah for 2011 . I have so many things to post about sales, new Pittsfield businesses, and other exciting news that you will need to check back again to see it all.

For now as I am a day late posting the closed sales I will get that here right away!

A few to mention and also note again that I have opened up the search to include quite a few towns.
